In an individual item URL, the number after sharedfiles/filedetails/?id= is the Published File ID accepted by WorkshopFetch.

Use the existing lookup with a complete item URL or a numeric Published File ID. It does not accept a game page or a collection as one item.

Open an individual item
Do not start from a browse page, search page, game page, or collection.

Keep IDs separate
An App ID identifies a game. A Collection ID identifies a group. Neither replaces an individual item's Published File ID.
